A: You can buy TWS items on Second Life Marketplace.
Q: I purchased an item on Marketplace and never received it, can you help me?
A: Please, fill out the Contact form or send me a Notecard in-world, including your Second Life Name and Transaction History.
Q: I accidentally purchased an Item twice, what should I do?
A: If you have accidentally purchased the same item twice, we will gladly refund you or grant you an exchange. Please, fill out the Contact form or send me a Notecard in-world, including your Second Life Name and Transaction History. (read below)
Q: I purchased an item from TWS but i don't like how it looks, can i get a refund?
A: All TWS items are COPY ONLY, this means they can not be returned. Therefore, we do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds, unless you have purchased the same item twice.
